Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to browsing pages and using download links on clash31.com. Clash Core Hub provides client information and mihomo configuration guides as a static content site. It does not offer account registration or require visitors to provide an email address. Personal information handled by clients, app stores and external projects is covered by their respective policies.
1. Data We Collect
When you visit a page or request a file, the infrastructure hosting the site and download services may process request information such as your IP address, request time, page path, response status, browser type and referring page. This information is used to deliver content, diagnose issues, analyze unusual requests and maintain service security. It is not account information submitted by visitors.
This site has no subscription upload form and does not ask you to submit proxy configurations, node passwords, payment information or device contacts. Reading a guide does not give this site access to configurations or connection records stored in a client. Actual service operators manage the retention and deletion of access logs; this policy does not promise a standard retention period.
2. Traffic Analytics and How We Use Them
We use traffic analytics to understand page views, referral sources, device types and use of download links. We may also record events such as switching download platforms. Analytics help us assess how easy content is to find, improve mobile layouts and investigate unusual traffic. They are not used to make credit or eligibility decisions about individuals.
Analytics requests may include page and referrer URLs, visit times and browser information. Do not add sensitive information such as subscription URLs or passwords to URLs on this site, as it may be processed in access records. We do not sell visitors’ personal information or build advertising profiles from proxy configuration data.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
You do not need a login cookie to view this site. Whether traffic analytics set cookies or similar identifiers depends on the analytics configuration in use. Your browser may also cache fonts, stylesheets and scripts. This site does not use local storage to save visitors’ node passwords or subscription content.
You can review and delete cookies and site data, or restrict related scripts, in your browser’s site settings. Blocking analytics usually does not affect reading. Disabling scripts altogether may affect features such as navigation menus, language switching and updated download links. Whether analytics services recognize privacy preferences sent by your browser depends on the configuration in use.
4. Downloads and Third-Party Links
Pages link to app stores, client websites and project resources. After you follow a link, the destination service may receive your IP address, browser information and referral details, and handle that data under its own policy. This policy does not cover those services, and we cannot change their privacy settings on your behalf.
Download links may redirect through a path on this site to a file distribution service. Those services process the request information needed to complete the transfer. Before downloading, check the destination domain, client name and supported platform. During installation, review the publisher and permission prompts shown by your system. DNS requests, proxy connections and logs generated when a client connects to the internet are outside the scope of this site’s page analytics.
5. Your Choices and Reporting Issues
You can stop browsing, close the page or delete site data in your browser. These actions do not delete logs already held by service providers. Because this site has no user accounts, there is no account page for viewing or deleting personal data.
If you have an issue with a page, download or configuration, check the FAQ and user guide first. When describing an issue in a public forum, redact subscription URLs, authentication fields and any personally identifying information. Do not post a complete configuration file.
6. Policy Updates
If changes to analytics, page features or service deployment affect this policy, we will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. Visit this page again to review the current policy. If a new data practice requires separate notice or consent, it will be explained at the relevant feature entry point; this general policy does not replace any required notice.
