Disclaimer
Last updated: October 2026
This disclaimer applies to the web content, guides, and download links provided by Clash Core Hub (clash31.com). Before visiting the site, following a guide, or choosing software, read the information below and consider whether the steps are suitable for your device and network.
1. About this site and its services
This site is an official Clash website offering links to Clash client downloads, user guides, and mihomo configuration resources. We explain client names, core settings, and platform differences to help users install, configure, and troubleshoot their software. Download links do not provide network access, and installing a client does not grant you a working proxy configuration.
Clients, cores, and related projects in the Clash ecosystem are governed by the licenses and terms set by their respective publishers. Calling this site an official website does not mean we own the copyright to, control the development of, or act as a commercial representative for every third-party project listed here. Refer to each project’s included files and release information for its license, maintenance status, and terms of use.
2. Software and configuration risks
Check that the software and steps are compatible with your operating system, processor architecture, and existing network settings. Changes to system proxy, TUN, DNS, routing, or firewall settings may affect your browser, local network access, or other apps. Before making changes, back up your existing configuration, note how to restore it, and make sure you have the required device permissions.
Subscription URLs, proxy credentials, and controller API keys are sensitive information. Do not share them publicly or post them in public forums. Before importing a configuration, verify its source and review its rules, remote resources, and listener settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for consequences such as connection failures or data loss resulting from choosing unsuitable software, importing an untrusted configuration, or making incorrect changes.
3. Content accuracy and version differences
Our guides are prepared using the latest versions and information available when they are written. Client updates may change interface labels, menu locations, default settings, and supported core options; platforms may also use different permission models. Configuration snippets on this site explain specific features and are not complete configurations for every environment.
We update our content as information changes, but cannot guarantee that every page reflects the latest upstream release or that examples will produce the same results on every device or network. If the interface or results differ from a guide, check the client’s notices, logs, and release notes for your version, and pause any step you cannot verify. For basic questions, see Frequently Asked Questions; for installation and setup steps, see the User Guide.
4. Download links and external websites
This site may link to app stores, project websites, and other third-party pages. Their content, download requirements, account requirements, fees, and privacy practices are controlled by their operators and may change before we update a link. Links are provided for convenience and do not guarantee the quality, ongoing availability, or outcome of any third-party service or transaction.
Before visiting an external page or installing software, check the destination URL, app name, publisher, and permission prompts. Read the relevant terms independently before making a purchase, registering an account, or subscribing to a service. We cannot handle third-party account, refund, or service issues on behalf of their operators. Contact the provider through its published support channels about problems with third-party software or services.
5. Lawful use and limits of responsibility
You must comply with the laws that apply where you are, the rules of the network you use, and the terms of relevant services. Do not use software for unauthorized access, to violate others’ rights, or for any other unlawful activity. Technical guides explain features and procedures; they do not determine whether a particular use is lawful or replace legal or information security advice.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or limits rights you have under the law. We will revise this page as the site’s content and services change. If you have questions about a procedure, first check whether it applies to your setup using the FAQs and user guide. If you cannot assess the risks, stop making changes and restore your previous settings.
